Great week at a great resort. Everything was as advertised and above. Rental 16' boat was very functional with A+ 40hp Yamaha. Hosts were helpful. Resort was peaceful and well kept. Weather was warm as was the water. Went to fish so next time will go earlier in season. Did catch limit of white bass. Family and sportsman friendly. Do not miss out on a great time.

Whispering Oaks is a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful cabins. Super clean and comfortable. Plenty of trees and really pretty surroundings tbat are kept up well. The kind of place you can sit back and relax after a day on the lake. Boatslips are available and a fish cleaning station. Owners are not just friendly, but the kind of people you'd like for friends. They couldn't have been any nicer. Will definitely stay again!

This place is absolutely amazing!! Super clean and affordable. It’s really nice for fishing trips or bringing a boat down for a road trip or even renting a boat. It’s right on Kentucky Lake with a dock, which is super convenient, and the owners are amazing.

We had another GREAT week @ Whispering Oaks! We spent the 3rd week of September and had a nice relaxing week! We stayed earlier in the year and it was so enjoyable that we decided to come back for another week! AND... we reserved the same cabin for next year for the same 2 weeks, WOO-HOO! We met some very nice folks while, sitting on the porch, who stopped just to say hi, and chat for a bit! As on our previous time here, the owners are AWESOME!! they treat you like Family! They are very accommodating, always do there best to see you have a GREAT time while there! I'm a somewhat novice new boat owner and had a bit of trouble bringing our boat in due to the wind. I call the office and Brice was at the dock before I knew it, he help bring us in!! I asked about a different slip, that would be easier to get into, and before I knew it, they made accommodation for a more direct slip! Like I said, THEY ARE AWESOME!! I don't want to forget to mention the GREAT job Vaughn did to keep up with things needed to be done!! He always seems to be in a GREAT mood, with a GREAT attitude!!
